Here's Doc's easy 4 step program for success:
1. Pick out your favorite Beachbody workout.
2. Go to WOWY and schedule your workouts for the month.
3. By the end of the month, make sure your WOWY calendar has at least 20 X's.
4. Repeat.
Do this and you can't fail.
